First they take on call interview then they invite you for walk-in . They take verbal interview plus a test which is based on English , typing and your knowledge about car.

As a first timer, It was organized and very challenging. The test was difficult in average but for me it's a unique experience. Given the chance, I'll try again applying after a month as advised by the facilitator.

I went with my 3 friends and I felt like the interviewer was interviewing us just to send us home as early as possible. He was just taking the burden off his shoulder.
