A recruiter found my resume and called me for some minor details. The next step was to set up a written test for evaluating my editing skills, followed by an interview. The entire procedure was smooth and the recruiter was cooperative. I felt confident with my performance in the test. When the interview finally came around, it quickly became apparent that the interviewers thought they were hiring me for a different role altogether. Obviously, it ended in a disaster, and it felt bad knowing that so much of our time was wasted. Had it not been for the miscommunication, I would have loved to work here.

The whole interview process was smooth. there were 3 rounds of online tests and a Skype interview I had which went smoothly & the HR was very helpful during the interview process.
