I had several interviews, the first was a phone interview on 2/15. I was qualified me for the position and shared information on the role, responsibilities, challenges and the opportunities associated with the position. The second round on 2/26 and third round on 3/14 were both panel interviews, I spoke with five people each time, the I.A.T. personnel were either in Lancaster or plugged in via video. All of these were designed to qualify me for the position and provided me additional information about the company culture and position expectations. Regardless of the outcome I considered these excellent discussions, they afford me time to interact with some of their leaders and helped to reinforce the early positive impressions I had of the company.
