This was my experience for the Fairview Oregon location. It was a good experience. One video screening (~15min). If you pass the video screening, then you do one day of on-site interviewing, which entailed 3 separate interviews back to back, averaging 45 min each. I was alone for all the interviews in front of a panel of employees. First interview was shorter and with the HR department to determine if you’re a good culture fit. Next two interviews were technical (they will vary depending on the role, but I had a software interview and a mechanical interview). No whiteboard problems for me, just answering questions with my words. After the three interviews, they also gave me a tour of the facilities. Nice, polite, respectful people who tried to keep the process as stress-free as possible.
