The interview process is sucks, feel like wasting my time. 1. Boss keep telling how powerful and rich he is, just tryna to get you think it’s worthy to follow him. 2. Boss keep telling how bad sg is, just tryna to get you off from working in sg and earn sg money (probably cuz he couldn’t pay it 🤡) 3. Boss (PROUDLY) told he once interviewed with a Filipinos asking for 2500sgd salary but he managed to pursuit her to be his housemaid, pay her 800sgd and to cover her daily expenses. Uses this story to imply you shouldn’t ask for more salary and said if he needs to pay 3000sgd, he would be more willing to pay an employee from China since they’re more less likely to resign as their home is so far🤡 4. Boss keep telling you can choose where to work in. But at the end telling he would build the team in Malaysia. So actually there is no way for you to choose. This is the reason he keeps telling working in sg sucks at the beginning. CUZ HE DOESN’T WANT TO PAY SGD. 5. Boss is not an ethical person as he told me to consider the offer and give him reply afterwards, but at the same time ask me to tell the recruitment agent I am not ok with the job and failed. Hence he no need to pay the agent even if I accept the offer. What a cheapskate and unethical move. Overall, you’re lucky to see this and just don’t waste your time on preparing an interview, They didn’t even care how competent are you and mostly it is the boss talking & bragging. Not you.
