I applied and whithin a week I received a call from a person in HR. The HR person was very respecful and straightforward. After 2 calls from HR; 2 phone interviews and one final was set to be with the merchandiser. This process was a total of 2 months. I arrived early to my interview and only waited 5 minutes before the merchandiser came to get me with onother person which later found out was the senior designer. The interview went on for about 1 hr and 30 mins. They didn't offer any water. The merchandiser had a booklet full of questions which I believe are company requierements since later she and the designer asked me other questions of their own. She emphasized that they wanted someone to be like a sister which I loved. She also empathized "it's been 2 years since we worked a saturday, we usually stay about 30 mins maximum a day. Later I learned I had been lied excessively in so many topics. There was also a skills test prior to face to face interview
