First contacted by HR rep via phone. When I went in for the initial interview, I interviewed with the HR rep, Front Office Manager, Rooms Executive and Director of HR. The atmosphere in the front of a hotel is very social and busy. Lots of workers from different departments were back and forth, all very friendly and welcoming. Interview from each person was pretty standard. Why I was interested in the position, why I stood apart from other applicants, previous hotel experience, how would I handle certain guest situations.
