Will meet with HR first, then Restaurant Manager, and them F&B director. Just show you have experience in the field, that you care about making guests happy, and also make sure to smile alot.

Easy interviews with everyone. Make sure to know sure brands of wines, spirits, liquors, and beers.
Management is nice and straightforward. Honestly it was about 4-5 questions mostly going over job description and hours. That was a little while ago. Might be a different manager now.
Great talk, very respectful and professional managers. Loved working there. The interview was supposed to be just 15 minutes and ended up being a 1 hour chat. Amazing experience, very constructive for me.
