I went through multiple rounds with Hy-Vee and while the team seemed great, the process dragged on with no final response/being ghosted at the end. The recruiter was completely absent and never replied to any of my messages either. The people on the team I met were kind, but the process itself was disorganized and unreliable. For a company that lists integrity as a core value, the lack of basic follow-through was disappointing. That said, I'm glad it didn't work out.
