No interview - the recruiter ghosted me after she reached out to me on LinkedIn. She was super excited during our call, was to call me back. The 1st miss, I reminded her, she called, apologizing. & still excited. Then was to follow up, expressing the urgency of filling the role, they were moving quickly…hiring in 2 weeks before Christmas!! then nothing, I followed up again via message & vm…nothing. I saw where one of the directors I was to interview with viewed my LinkedIn profile. No follow up, Unprofessional. Imagine if I got w/this company? If they’re starting out like this…inconsistent, inconsiderate…red flags.
