After numerous back and forth calls with the recruiter, I was able to get a meeting scheduled. 2 hours before the meeting I was informed the hiring manager forgot he has a Dr appt. Ok that happens. Rescheduled for the following week, again was rescheduled due to hiring manager being sick. Finally had the interview a few days later. The recruiter seemed to be preoccupied with other things and was not even listening to my answers. The call finished with mutual interest. I sent a follow up thank you email right after. 3 days go by, no word from them. So I emailed them directly, no response. Called the next day day no return call. I feel this speaks highly to the type of company this is. To not have the common courtesy to inform a job applicant they did not get the job is highly unprofessional.
