They contacted me by email and invite me to make an assessment that takes around 3 hours or more to complete it, after it they make you send them a video (even when they don't inform it) The person who contacted me is actually the most unprofessional that I have met, she doesn't answer any mail or give you any updates after months. This seems more like the type of company that just wants to steal your ideas, since they make you mount a whole general campaign for their products. It's perfectly a scam

Complete scam , try by all means to stay away from Hustler Marketing. No interview, no offer . Just a long assessment you have to do then human resources don't get back to you

As someone already mentioned here, it really seems like they are looking for work done for free. After:
-waiting a month or two for feedback on my application
-spending four hours to complete a long assessment
-wasting another hour for an interview with HR
they DISAPPEARED without even inviting me to the final interview, which was said to be mandatory as part of the hiring process.
I agree, skip their postings and save your time.
