My interview started with a brief 2-part phone screen - the recruiter reached out very quickly, asked me some basic background questions, then connected me to the Supplier Development Manager for a more in-depth 30-minute phone screen the next day. My interview was scheduled, and the recruiter emailed me a case study to complete at home and submit before the interview. The case study presented a manufacturing scenario which asked me to apply knowledge of statistical quality control related topics, and took about 2 hours to complete. A couple of these questions were kind of vague but I learned a lot from the experience. Once on-site, the interview process was about 3 hours total. It started with a plant tour, then five different interviewers each spent a half hour with me. The first interviewer went through the case study with me, then each of the next four asked questions of my background and technical experience. Everyone was friendly, but I don't know how well they coordinated, because several of the questions were repeated between interviewers. I was very tired by the end of it! Overall, it is a fairly extensive interview process for an entry level position, so be prepared for that. However, everyone who I spoke with was friendly and offered encouragement the entire way.
