Phone call, then in person interview panel interview. Met with a total of 6 people. I felt it went well. No follow up at all, emailed a few times, then gave up. Application still showing pending on my profile.

Terrible. They dont know whay they are looking for. they make you fly to Chicago, and all the expenses are giving back to you in 45 BUSINESS days! such a long time.
You are interviewed by for people. Some of them are nice and some other are just okay...
