      Entrevista

      I recently interviewed with Huron for their Healthcare Associate Performance Improvement role. The process was about 2 weeks. The process began with a recruiter who had a condescending tone from the initial phone call. I should've known better than to trust someone with that kind of negative attitude. Despite that, I successfully completed their extensive 6 interview rounds, including the case study. I then received a job offer call from the recruiter at the end of the week telling me the start date for the position, training, and the salary. I was obviously super excited thinking id be able join the team and hearing the good news. We had agreed on the offer on Friday and she said she would finalize everything after the weekend. 2 days went by after the weekend (Mon & Tues) and i didnt recieve any email or update. Finally on the 3rd day (Wed) i get a call from that same recruiter saying that they have had internal business changes and no longer can go through with the job offer they initially extended to me. She said they felt like they wanted somoene with direct reveue cycle experience rather than just consulting experience, which makes no sense at all to me?? Things like this should be discussed before handing out a job offer and even prior to leading someone on through 6 rounds of interviews. The recruiter was extremely hostile when I expressed my shock and even tried gaslighting me that the offer was verbal and not written. I have never experienced this kind of unprofessional behavior from a company. I was left feeling distraught and uneasy after this experience, the recruiter led me on and decided to pull back after everything was said and done. It was such a waste of my time and energy. I thought Huron was a reputable company, but clearly they are not aligned with the people they hire, lack value, professionalism, and integrity. This behavior is totally unacceptable and i hope people realize their true colors and people should be held accountable for their actions. Mind you, this recruiter is actively posting on Linkedin saying they are hiring. Such odd behavior. I do wish i could provide her name so everyone is cautious and aware of this horrible lady. This must have saved me from something worse, based on the way they treat individuals. Save yourself from the hassle of applying here.
