It was a very long conversation that went over our time. They never followed up and ended up hiring within their organization. They asked about my professional journey and we spent a lot of time talking about medicine and healthcare. She hinted that this would be a lot of admin work and that it might not fit my career goals since I am a director and would be going to a planned giving role. The lack of follow-up did not sit well with me.
