Took an online test then after passing was seen for an in person interview. Very simple to get hired, expect to do more than just be a teller... this job will include the roles of a banker referral goals are needed, provides a great platform for advancement within the company, promotion within does happen. compared to other interviews this was most comprehensive, i felt accomplished after getting the job offer, I was in this position for a year. Besides those things there was not much more the occurred during the interview process.

Short and to the point. Immediate job offer due to them being short staffed. Started the same day and they offered me $25 per hour to be a bank teller with full benefits.

The interview process was sweet and simple. They asked all sorts of questions but kept it causal. Gave a tour of The whole bank and introduced me to the other co workers

Entrevista
Received an email asking for an online interview. I had 72 hours to complete the interview recorded online and submit it for consideration. It was completely recorded and allowed a chance to practice answering and listening before it was submitted. More high-tech than just skype or something.
