My interview was fairly informal. It was a Zoom / Teams interview. Very conversational. Very relaxed. I then had a virtual interview with some team members that was equally as relaxed and informal and conversational. I’ve had 5 interviews (for 5 separate roles) with Huntington and they were all very similar to each other. So unless they change their process, you shouldn’t have to worry about getting STAR interview questions or role playing style questions or anything along those lines.
