First was a brief phone screening from the recruiter. Basic questions about previous experiences from school and work. Next step was a 1:1 interview with the hiring manager. The interview took place at a coffee shop and was very relaxed. More conversational than question-answer based. I talked about my background, extracurricular activities and the manager talked about his background and what the position entailed. After that was over, I went in for a third interview at their corporate office in Pittsburgh a couple weeks later. For this interview, I talked to 4 other people (each separately) who I would be working with. For the most part, all the interviews were pretty similar. They went down my resume and asked me about different parts of my resume. There were a couple other basic questions but nothing too difficult. I was able to get a good sense of the job expectations after this interview. I was told that I would hear back about their final decision in a couple of weeks after this interview. About 7 weeks later, I found out that I was not selected for the position. All-in-all, I had a great experience interviewing for Huntington. I just wish the hiring team would've kept more consistent contact with me after the final interview and explained why they were taking much longer than expected in making a final decision.

Huntington bank post ghost jobs. Told in the interview that the job has been post for a long time incase someone quits. Makes me wonder if I was even interviewing for a real job.
