Interviewed with the various levels of employees at the company, from the CEO to recruiters. Each gave me plenty of time and had interesting insights into what they did. Friendly informative discussions. Pretty much an all-day session as I met around 7 people including the CEO and COO. A conversational interview with most and I enjoyed the meetings.

Tell me about your recruiting career...that sort of question. Fairly general questions. I had worked with the CEO briefly once when he was a client so we knew a bit about each other prior to the interview.
