First was a phone screen with HR. They asked basic questions and confirmed location, salary, etc. of position. Then, 2 interviews over microsoft Teams. First one was with manager and team member. Then the other one was with senior management.

I have applied for multiple positions at this company and was excited that my resume was good enough to be contacted for a phone interview just days after applying. The phone interview was a "screening" with HR, with fairly informal and simple questions as opposed to specific questions about the job itself. I thought it went very well and was feeling great. I was told the next step would be a Teams interview with my potential supervisor. However, I was never contacted again. I emailed the HR person two weeks and again two months later for a status update with no response. Meanwhile, the job was still posted on the website and I had no idea what was going on internally. I finally accepted the fact that I had been ghosted, like it seems many others have, after the job posting disappeared. The interview itself was great, it's just the ghosting that makes my overall rating negative.
