3 round interview. All behavioral. First with direct manager and individual in current role. 2nd with another team member and 3 with upper leadership. The process took a few months total.

I had a total of two interviews in two weeks. I interviewed with the same three people both times. I was told they wanted to hire ASAP. They had me submit two pieces of client deliverables I've made at my current role to show how my experience relates to the role. I made it to the final round, but was ghosted after submitting the work they requested and sending follow-up emails. After the time I spent compiling the work examples they requested, the least they could do is send a rejection email.
