The interview took place at Humana's sales office inside their conference room. The allotted time was 30 minutes, but the actual interview lasted for an hour and a half. I followed up with asking about the process of selection and how I would notified.

Video / Phone screen with current AA in the role. Was told this was an informal video interview. I really enjoyed the conversation and feel that Humana is a great place to work.

Someone reached out via email after I applied and set up a video interview. It was for a few days later and lasted about 20 minutes. She asked numerous questions with little feedback or discussion.

Applied online and was called/emailed about setting up a phone interview. The next day they called to setup a in-person interview. Had the in-person interview the following week. Accepted the job offer that Thursday.
