The interview is now via Zoom. The interviewer asked questions about my resume and previous work history. I got the interview through a recommendation from a current employee. I previously worked for Humana through a temp agency in college which helped with my knowledge of the company and the position I was applying for.

Role would have been supporting the CIO. Had a phone screen with the recruiter. The role sounded like a good challenge but what was unclear was the true scope of work. The recruiter asked what I thought about the role ands cope and I explained that I wasn't looking for just tactical EA work and based on our conversation it was hard to say for certain if the role was a strong fit. The recruiter shared that the next step would be with the EA currently in the role/on the team who could share more detail. I shared that if I could meet with the EA to gain more clarity around the role, scope, and team dynamics, that would help me decide if it were a good fit. We agreed and I was expecting an interview with the admin. Never heard back from the recruiter and a week later I got an auto rejection email even though the recruiter never followed up. Glad that didn't work out!
