I applied online in July. Four days later, I was invited to participate in a telephonic automated interview. This interview was super awkward and I was sure that I wouldn't hear from them again. The automated voice asks a question, and gives you a few seconds to respond and record your answer. Mostly behavioral questions. The final question asked whether or not I had any upcoming vacation plans. I was contacted by email a little over a week after the phone interview, stating that I had met the initial requirements and would be contacted for another interview shortly. A week later, I received an email requesting that I schedule my next interview online. It also stated that I should participate in scheduling soon, since there were limited spots available. I was able to secure one of those spots and two weeks later, I had an online webcam interview with a supervisor in the local office. This interview went well, again mostly behavioral questions. After the interview was over she stated they would be interviewing additional candidates over the next couple of days, but that there were multiple openings available. She informed me that I would hear either way in a week or so. That night, I received a call from a recruiter with an offer which I happily accepted.
I am scheduled to start next week (three weeks after the offer).
