Interview was a very long unresponsive process. Recruiter reached out to me about the role and initial screening interview was not scheduled until 5-6 weeks later. Passed the screening and first round interview with the hiring manager was scheduled for 2 weeks later. I followed up with the recruiter a month later to get a pulse check on the process and the recruiter was responsive and apologized for the delayed process and informed me that a few strategic initiatives were keeping the hiring manager away from the interview process. The hiring manager sent me an email 2 weeks later apologizing for the delayed and unusually long process and assured me that I would be hearing from him or the recruiter two weeks later. I never heard back and did not pursue further communication - even at 3 months after.
