It was an automated process. From the texting to see if I had the time to talk. To the basic questions it asked me before getting to the heart of the actual conversation. Even down to the website link, it sent me to set up for my phone interview, which was automated.

I submitted an application on-line. I was called to schedule a phone interview on 12-7-21. Soonest they had avail was a week later on 12-15-21. I was sent a link to dial into interview. Two people on call, though only one seemed to do the talking.
I was annoyed by them first asking me to go over my previous jobs/work experience. They had my resume, so why was it necessary I do that?? The questions were pretty standard, and interview lasted about 40 mins.
They wrapped up the call with no mention of what the next step(s) in the process would be, which is a standard courtesy most employers engage in. Tomorrow will be a week since interview, and there's been no follow-up yet, not even an email.
