I received a text message followed by an email requesting I complete a phone interview. The text message did not say the company name or position. The email included a link to click in order to complete a writing interview.

First round was a one-on-one interview. Second round was a four person team interview and a presentation demo of your choosing. I also had an online survey to complete prior to the interview.

Entrevista
The hiring manager took the time to really discuss what he was looking for in an associate and what the every day tasks would be. This was outside of the behavioural interview questions. The manager also took the time to find out what my goals were and they aligned with his area. I didn't take the role based on the conversation and was very appreciative that we determined that the role was not aligned with my goals.
