It's been a while since I was interviewed, but I'll write what I can remember. I saw an opening for the telesales role through an email, and after filling out an application, I received a phone call to schedule a phone interview. During the phone interview, I was asked some basic screening questions ("Why are you interested in this position?"). After passing the phone interview, there was an in-person interview with two frontline leaders (people who could be your immediate supervisors for the role).

Everything in the interview processes revolved around sales, sales, sales. Questions included: "Provide us a description of the role you're applying for." "How did you overcome objections in your last sales role?" "How did you handle a mistake you've made?" "How do you keep track of your sales (average $ per sale, attempts vs. actual sales)?" To do well, you have to sell yourself, your sales-position roles (how they were significant), and your sales experiences. Many of the questions asked were similar to what was questioned in the phone interview.

First interview came via telephone from someone that didn't speak English very well and just asked situational behavior questions, such as "Tell me about a time that a customer was upset about something. How did you handle it?"

A lot of the same things they asked on the phone. Typically, situational behavior questions. "Tell me about a time you changed a process in one of your jobs and what was the result?"
"Tell me about a time you had an angry customer,, what you did and what the result was?"

Entrevista
Completed application online. Email was sent by a recruiter to schedule a phone interview. It went well. Now I am scheduled for a oral panel interview in Miramar. The questions are behavior formatted. They are looking for specific names, times, places, situations and outcomes. The recruiter asked me about my experience, availability and criminal background.

It was really short, ask you a series of questions, and then another one then another one, its very very short if they like you they will make you an offer
