I received an email explaining that I had been selected to complete a Montage Voice phone interview, approximately 2 weeks after applying to the Humana job posting. I received specific instructions on how to initiate the interview and had no technological challenges. It's a very smooth process and questions are computer generated. You do not speak to a person at any time. I did read all information provided and watched all the videos on "best practices" for completing a Montage Voice interview. The interview consisted of 14 general and role specific questions. Approx 30 minutes, but that would depend on length of your answers. I received an email after the interview was completed that I would be notified if I am selected for the "next step" in the interview process.
