I applied online, the next day a recruiter called to do a phone interview and scheduled to come to the office for an interview with two supervisors. They asked questions regarding previous employment,skills, biggest weaknesses & strong points. They left the room to discuss potential and came back and asked me why they should choose me as a candidate.

First interview came via telephone from someone that didn't speak English very well and just asked situational behavior questions, such as "Tell me about a time that a customer was upset about something. How did you handle it?"

A lot of the same things they asked on the phone. Typically, situational behavior questions. "Tell me about a time you changed a process in one of your jobs and what was the result?"
"Tell me about a time you had an angry customer,, what you did and what the result was?"

Entrevista
Completed application online. Email was sent by a recruiter to schedule a phone interview. It went well. Now I am scheduled for a oral panel interview in Miramar. The questions are behavior formatted. They are looking for specific names, times, places, situations and outcomes. The recruiter asked me about my experience, availability and criminal background.
