Entrevista
I interviewed with the manager and 2 other team members in a panel style interview on June 10th. Received a job offer on July 11th and accepted it. I wish it hadn't taken so long because I was under the impression that they were not interested in making me an offer. But since the position is on the High Touch team in the Specialty Pharmacy I understand why the manager wanted to be so thorough with her candidate search.

Easy and went quickly. We chatted about experience and the level of the job needed for specialty pharmacy, and was an easy entrance into working for Humana. I was offered the job, but turned down for a competing job.

first you apply for a pharmacy technician job and they will filter it to hiring managers which sound like a good thing but end up wasting your time you get called for interviews for jobs you never would apply for - yeah call center job I am talking about you! During the interview you are being interviewed by multiple people for different jobs and they spend more time talking about the different jobs than actually asking questions then they tell you they will be letting people know within the coming weeks only to never hear anything ----- not hard to at least send a email saying not interested!!
