First interview is a sit-down with a randomly chosen supervisor. You could interview with either the owner's brother or your soon-to-be manager. The questions are standard fare about weaknesses and what your proudest accomplishments are. Second interview is not normally necessary, but for the sales associate position it's a simple formality where you have to demonstrate simple grammar and spelling skills. If you get the second interview, you've got the job.
