I was contacted over the phone amd was asked in regards my previous experience, my language skills, and if I had any previous trainnings. Then had a small trainning of about a week, were we were thaught the basics of the ibterpretation job, saw multiple examples and saw various senarios, and then there is a quick exam that you have to pass in order for you to get the job.
