Stop wasting people’s time. No more stupid assignments and stop with interviews that aren’t with decision makers. The first person i talked to was fine but the senior member that I talked to sucked. She was incredibly unenthusiastic and clearly didn’t want to be there. Tell people what you’re looking for!!!
