There was a phone interview and on-site. I had the displeasure of meeting the founders. I was belittled, and they asked intrusive questions. Unfortunately, my family was low income, so in college I did not have the opportunity to join many extra curricular activities: I was made to feel bad about this, despite graduating from a top school. If you are a under represented minority, I would not recommend interviewing here. Interviewing at Nav Talent is by far the worst experience I have had.
