Interview process was extremely quick - I can't speak for all, but for me it was. The interview was very brief, was mostly me asking them questions, which is very likely why I found the role wasn't the right fit for me... Lack of context. I was offered the role very quickly which I accepted, but I left after 4 days. We agreed the role was mis-sold to me. At the time, the business had a side contracting business which was not advertised on the website, so I didn't ask about it (why would I? I didn't know it existed) and it was never explicitly said to me that I wouldn't actually be working on the product their website advertised at the time. The company & the people do genuinely seem very nice and everyone raved about what such a good place it is. My trust in the company was shaken at that point though, so it wasn't a right fit for me. My advice to anyone joining or going for an interview is to ask which side of the business you will be working on and if it aligns with your career plan, unfortunately the bespoke side of the business, as they call it (but it's really the contracting side) didn't align with my career plan. I would not, however, discourage anyone from interviewing at Huler. I say go for it if you're invited to interview with them!
