Very thorough and professional. Drilled about my professional background and teaching skills for two sessions. The interviewers were very professional throughout the process and answered all of my questions and concerns in full detail. The offer letter was turned around very quickly plus they continued to be very supportive throughout the Z visa application process which isn't for the faint hearted.

Although they were pretty standard they were looking for in depth answers in terms of knowledge of pedagogical methods, preferred styles and experiences in dealing with challenging situations. For example: Tell me about your teaching methods? Teaching experience? What challenges have you faced and how did you overcome them? Why do you want to come to China?
