Applied online & had a phone screen with a recruiter shortly thereafter. Moved on to the first set of interviews & they went positively. Had a 2nd round of interviews that I felt went positively as well. Everything up until this point was great. Unfortunately, after the 2nd interviews, the recruiter went radio silent. I sent a email follow up email inquiring about next steps & received no response. A few days later, I sent another follow up email to the other recruiter I had been in contact with & received a response that they were figuring out next steps and would let me know in the next day or 2. A week went by with no follow up, so I reached out again. A day later I finally received a generic rejection email with little feedback or explanation. All in all, it was 2 weeks after my 2nd interview before I received any definite response to next steps. Hudl seems like a really great company to work for, and I enjoyed the interviews themselves. On the recruiting side, communication is lacking.
