The owner/manager, Sophia, promised the world during the very pleasant interview, but followed through by not following through on her promises and adding on strange deductions from my pay, and tips paid with credit cards did not always end up in my paycheck. BE CAREFUL she won't sign a contract regarding what she will pay you or the many fees she will add on later, but she will make you sign a non-compete contract.

Her accent was so heavy I had a difficult time understanding her during the interview, but it became much better after I began working there...I'm not sure if I got used to it really fast or she laid it on during the interview.

The owner interviews and is somewhat difficult to understand at first. Things that should be put in writing are not. Be sure to get all financial and scheduling information in writing to avoid confusion.
