I recently went through an interview process that didn’t quite meet my expectations. It started with a conversation with HR, followed by an interview with the hiring manager. Everything seemed to be moving along well until I was asked to complete an assignment. The assignment was quite extensive, with a very short turnaround time. After submitting my work, I received a rejection email the next day. While I appreciate the opportunity to interview, this process has made me realize that this company may not be the right fit for me.
