The first 2 rounds were amazing. Met some wonderful people the final interview was a presentation on 2 scenarios. I spent hours working on it and presenting, the panel of 3 had no questions or comments or feedback, were silent the whole time. I got a call the next day from the recruiter and they said they won't be going to offer stage and thanks for my time. I've been a sales manager for over 10 years and I know what I'm talking about. Was very disappointed with the final stage and how it was handled as I still have no idea why they didn't like me or provide feedback after spending hours creating a presentation
