I started the Interview Process for Hubspot through an InMail that I received from an internal recruiter; the whole process took a little over a month. Hubspot had always been a target company for me based on its widely renowned Culture Code, so I was thrilled with the timing of her inquiry and the position she contacted me to discuss. After a brief phone conversation, I continued through the process which consisted of an in-person interview, a role play over the phone, and a larger in-person with the team. I worked through Christiaan, who is just simply the best. Not only is she a phenomenal gauge of culture fit, but she provides an incredible amount of encouragement and guidance throughout the process. While it was lengthy, interviewing at Hubspot is worth it, because they are so dedicated to finding the right mutual fit. They truly care that you are not only the right person for the company/team, but that the role and company are right for YOU as well. For me, a company that is truly authentic in caring from the very beginning about my growth and development is a place I want to work and I could not have been more thrilled to accept the offer.
