Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 3 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en HubSpot (Cambridge, MA) en sep 2015

      Entrevista

The process in general was very long. Several phone calls with the recruiter: 1 to figure if I'd be worth an actual interview, then 1 to schedule an interview, plus additional follow up calls. Two different in person interviews. They were prepping / coming back from an event that they put on, Inbound, which they sent me to for free - which was awesome, but they sent me there for interviews and learning more about the company. I spent the entire time soaking up as much information as possible, and 1 in person interview there, and then met with 4 different people after the event, for a second interview. I was told everyone loved my portfolio, and at the first person interview, the Creative Director didn't want to see the work I brought with me, because he had already loved what he had seen online. I didn't get the job, because "lack of experience." I was also offered if I'd be interested in a position beneath the senior level, and I said yes, but I was told I "lacked experience" for that position as well. Something didn't add up, because I was more than qualified (3 years prior at an agency doing design work, plus freelance work). I never got a response back about specifics either. The process took around 3 weeks Some things I learned from my interviews (straight from the horse's mouth): they hire interns full time once their internship(s) ends. Fun place to work 0 project managers / no real timing on projects
