Horrible, one of the worst experiences, they say that they are in love with the culture code but is not true, if you have a chance don’t apply for this company, they have 4 filters just to see if they like you not to see if you are competent for the role. They send you a bunch of stuff about the interview and then they ask different stuff than they say that they are going to ask. Waste of time studying for the interview.

Initial call, call with team leader, case study to present to team afterwards. Everyone was friendly and positive. They have lots of resources online to use as well to prepare for your call.

The last three rounds are considered as one and the evaluates the candidate on various aspects of company culture.
45-minute interview with HR person, followed by a 1-hour interview with the CSM Manager.All interviews will be conducted online.Before the HR meeting, you will receive a link to the culture code, which outlines their values and culture.
