      The interview process at HubSpot was pretty intensive but overall I had a positive experience. There were three interviews in total. The first was the initial HR interview, we mainly talked about my background and the basics of the job role. I had a great Recruiter and she was super friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. She had me prepare for the second interview which required an "assignment" and prep for a mock customer support role play. The second interview began with the typical interview questions and then the role play scenario with a manager. It was kind of awkward but I think any role play exercises are. Luckily if you do the prework and get to know the system you should be able to answer most of the questions asked during the exercise. The third interview was probably the most intense. It was back to back video interviews with 3 different managers for about 30 min each. It was bit repetitive since all three of them asked very similar questions but all of the people that I spoke with were very personable and professional. Overall, the process was quite long and very thorough but I had a positive experience. I really liked the prep work that they had assigned me because I think it was a great way to actually show case someone's ability to learn software and explain it to others (key skills for Customer Support jobs). I think the interview process was a good representation of the company and everyone I interviewed with seemed genuinely passionate about their job and company.
