- If you make it you get a phone screen.
The phone screen was scripted. It wasn't a conversation and while time is precious the interview process reflects the company and it just seemed like the recruiter had a million interviews because you could tell they were reading line by line. Even if you have a script it shouldn't sound like you do.
I asked for feedback nothing yet. I know my interview was good. If anything I am too qualified maybe? I know the company is picky.

nice and easy process, just prepare well do your research and you will be fine, roleplays involved but they give you a scenario to go off, no serious push back or objections they just want to see if you are coachable.
It was chill, they were super flexible. The roleplaying was weird. You needed to be fast but slow at the same time. Enough to understand painpoints but not long enough to bore them.
