Applied on their website directly. Received an email from HR to do a first phone screening (30 min) talking about background experience and role fit. By the end of the call, they booked a phone interview with my potential manager, which consisted of talking briefly about my experience, about dealing with customers and a basic roleplay (1 hour). They asked me how I thought I did, and then gave me feedback, which came handy for the next step. The following day, I received an email asking for a third phone interview with another manager, consisting of two slightly more complex/detailed roleplays (1 hour). Again, they asked me how I thought I did by the end of each roleplay, and gave me feedback. A few days later I got a call to arrange a final in-person interview at the Dublin HQ, with four different people: 3 managers and a Senior Leader (2 hours total). While each interviewer had a particular focus in their questions (required skills, inbound knowledge, culture fit, etc.) they seemed to overlap a little to get a better sense of me as an individual in both technical preparation and cultural suitability. Reading all the questions posted on Glassdoor gives you a good idea of what to expect. Also, having the Inbound Certification beforehand is a great advantage.

Fair interview timeframe but once you move up in the interviewing process you’re given a project which you are to present at the final round. You are basically given a scenario much like one you’d have if you were in the role. Your job is to be creative but efficient in your problem solving skills.
