Brief phone screening from recruitment coordinator. Was put forward to speak with a senior manager by phone. After that they were happy to invite me on-site to interview in Dublin (albeit role based out of Cambridge, MA, USA) with 3 more managers at various levels in the organisation. Finally, I interviewed with one more manager by phone (I guess for them to eliminate any doubts). The whole process took about a week and a half. That was almost 3 weeks ago as I write. I checked back in a few times to see when and if HubSpot were going to make a decision. I was informed that they were doing all they could to move things forward as quick as possible. In the end I accepted an offer from another company and still haven't heard back from HubSpot. Rather disappointing.
