This interview was perhaps one of the most positive interview experiences I have had. Most of my communication was through Tania Perez who was in a single word - Amazing. She provided me with clear and concise feedback at all times whilst ensuring that my expectations were met. The process for me consisted of phone screen, a telephone interview & role-play, a second telephone interview and role-play, a face to face interview and finally an informal chat with a potential colleague. I have to admit it was a lot of work but truth be told I'm glad it was. I have to admit I loved meeting everyone and whilst the face to face was tough to prepare for - it left me with no doubt that I had found a role that was truly a match for me. The opportunity to work with the incredible people that I had met was a serious draw and it made me work even harder in my preparation. Overall, I the process was fantastic. Feedback was provided when I was told it would be. Support and Assistance provided by Tania was incredible (even down to advising on my clothes for the face to face) and I have to admit that I felt they wanted me to succeed. Needless to say I'm excited to be joining them and to be working with the incredible people that I had the opportunity to meet.
